DJ Chino’s excellent song selection and even self made bootlegs earned him top spot on the FromDJs4DJs Halloween Competition.

There are millions of bootlegs out there, and let’s be honest, many of them are pretty horrendous. However, when a good one comes along, it has the tendency to be VERY good. We’re All ID Friends (Pixel Cheese Bootleg) is a good example. It uses Nervo’s vocals from the song “We’re All No One“, and the classic vocals from “We Are Your Friends” by Justice, over the beat of Avicii’s newest ID. The only issue I have with this song is the awkward bootleg name that most bootlegs seem to have, but never the less, We’re All ID Friends is a good track and worth downloading.

Finally, Dada Life has released their most recent banger of a song, Happy Violence, with vocals. It seems that any song Dada Life makes or remixes is instantly turned into a banger. They even managed to take songs which were not bangers originally, and somehow transform them into bangers. Their remix to The Big Bad Wolf by Duck Sauce is their most recent example of this, (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XSsTq9ikYpA). They make Happy Violence EVEN BETTER with vocals. Kaskade and Swanky Tunes also remix this song, but Dada Life’s original version is better. Download and enjoy.

Hello everybody! I hope this Halloween weekend is finding you well! I’ve always loved good techy house, but normally I find it doesn’t fit in really well to a set at a more mainstreamish club. Then I heard Manufactured Superstars – Drunk Text (Extended Mix). Manufactured Superstars really hit the nail on the head with this banger! The song has a really good and solid story to it tht is fun to listen to and has a good beat. And the story applies well to most of us in the club I’m sure, since it is talking about Drunk Texts. Last Saturday marked yet another evening of good beats at Santos Party House for their weekly Electric Beach party. The party featured two local DJ’s: Jesse Marco and DJ Pheel Good (register & login to view link).
