So, I have just returned to cold England from a 3 week tour of Ibiza and Morocco, where I was doing some DJing and some relaxing, and a lot of partying!!! It was an awesome time, and I’ve got 5 tracks here that are the staple of many amazing nights out for me! They are what Coming Home (Dirty South Remix) was to UMF earlier this year. I’m sure there are more, but these are the ones that really stuck out for me!!! (read as: the ones I remember).

I know that you guys already got the remixes from my fellow Londoners, Nero, and the legendary Italian DJ Benny Benassi, which Danny posted last month, but here we have the mastered and final version of Calvin Harris’ latest release on Sony Music (and I put the DL links up for the remixes in case you missed them!)
Having said he would no longer sing on his tracks, as featured in the mega-hits I’m Not Alone and Flashback, among others, Calvin Harris is back to his old ways on Feel So Close. Supported by a massive guitar riff that is uncommon in EDM, this is one feel-good track you are likely to hear a lot more of.

So for my first post (pressure’s on, I know!), I’ve got a couple of tracks from what has become probably the biggest story in the EDM world for the last month or so. I’m sure many of you already know the story, but for those who don’t, in short: Tim Bergling (AKA Tim Berg AKA Avicii) and his management (AtNight) send out the instrumental mix of Fade Into Darkness (Penguins) to various artists. By the time that Leona Lewis laid down a version and her people at SyCo (Simon Cowell’s record label) sent it over to Avicii, he had already decided on the version we now know as Fade Into Darkness, featuring vocals from Autumn Rowe. Bassjackers made a great remix to Rihanna’s California King Bed. This track has great vocal selection on it with a huge build up to a bomb drop that is capable of blowing the roof off clubs. Has an interesting dirty dutch meets electro type vibe, hope you all enjoy this track.
