March has certainly been a VERY exciting month for music with a lot of killer hits making their way to mainstream radio and the local club scene. We went through Winter Music Conference (register & login to view link), and topped it off with Ultra Music Festival (register & login to view link) this past weekend. With all the craziness and top 20 house DJs cruising the streets of Calle Ocho, it’s certainly been interesting around here to say the least. Without further ado (<— yes that’s actually how you spell “ado”) I present to you (that rhymes), the very best of March 2010, with a 64 Song Monster Download Post.
Nick Fenmore and Dick Fink formed one of the most upcoming mash up groups called Super Mash Bros. These guys were a big hit in L.A and are now getting known worldwide. They mix some of the unexpected songs together, and somehow make it sound unbelievable. These guys are the next Girltalk and according to some are more talented. I posted some of their best songs, but in my opinion every song sounds good. Let me know what you think, and I know your going to be very impressed.
Deadmau 5 took this classic song and turned it into a fist pumping club mix. Deadmau5 knows how to create great mixes with songs, and specializes in progressive and electro house. Tiny Dancer is a hard song to make people bump and grind to, but somehow this song makes that possible.
The Who is a Rock Band from England that was formed in England in 1964. They became famous fast and are well known for their energetic performances. They were the pioneers of the “guitar bash” and instrument destruction. The Who have sold about, 100 million records and have charted in the United Kingdom and United States. The band was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1990, which was the first year that they were eligable.
They played only a few of their top songs during the 2010 Super Bowl in Miami. One of their most recognized song is Baba O’ Riley. Here is a cool club mix of the famous song. Hope you ENJOY!!
