Bio: San Diego producers Cheyenne Giles & DJ Saber have had a long history in music, but lately they have been rapidly rising up the ranks of all things bass. Just a few short months ago they donned the name Back From The Future and began making electro house, and has since become a regular name in the realms of dubstep and drumstep.Read more

-Make sure to follow Klaypex on Soundcloud. The duo just released their second album, “Ready To Go” which features all Dubstep/Electro House tracks, and even some Progressive House. Since the successful release of their first EP “Loose Dirt“, the duo seemed to have put it a good amount of thought into their sound for this following album. In my opinion, they did a great job on this Album and it is definitely going to get them noticed as EDM Artists. Im sure we will all be hearing much more from these guy’s in the future.

Ready To Go” includes 12 tracks triumphing the usual sound of electronic music, and turning it into a new genre of its own. The progressive dubstep sound … Read more

Born March 17, 1994 in Miami, Florida and
Music wasn’t something on my mind. It wasn’t until the age of 16 and experimenting with so many instruments like Guitar, Piano/Keyboard that I realized Electronic Dance Music was my “Thing”. Music in general became an everyday thing I held since I was about 5 but it took me so long to realize it was my TRUE PASSION. Now I seek to become some sort of music Producer and maybe own my own label one day. Who knows? We all have Hopes and Dreams and believe we can do anything in this world and that is my goal. I’m going to be persistent and perfectible on my journey and there’s no giving up. So don’t miss out on any of my events because when I perform I give it my all … Read more

Porter Robinson – Language (Original Mix) (register & login to view link)

What happens when you throw together the best parts of an old-school Tiësto trance track with a progressive beauty from Alesso, then add the grinding drums and synths of Skrillex and Knife Party and haunting vocals that could easily be from a voice as touching as Ellie Goulding‘s?

Well, you get Language by Porter Robinson. He claims it is his “favourite song that I have written”. I agree. I also think it’s his best. The crowning moment in this young man’s ascent to the top of the American EDM market, Language majestically confirms everything we already suspected about 19 year old Chapel Hill, North Carolina native. Beautifully composed, Language meshes different styles and genres with ease: this could have been a brilliant dubstep, trance, or electro track on its own, had he wanted Read more

As you will have noticed, no matter where you are in the world, over the past week Miami has caught dancing fever. Here at FromDJs4DJs we’ve followed it every step of the way. We’ve brought you ALL the sets, ALL the events, and ALL the action. Now, in the first of a few similar posts in which we’ll take an in depth look at some of the music played, I’ve meticulously trawled the interwebz for the most talked about, blogged about, tweeted about and generally most highly anticipated songs to come out of MMW/WMC/UMF. These tracks are hot. I mean really hot. They are sure fire bets for anthems that will form the soundtrack of a typical EDM lover’s Summer. I’m not saying they’re all here, but this is my hand picked list, and these seem to have the biggest buzz of any unreleased tracks from the week. Enjoy, and Read more

Qulinez – Troll (Original Mix) (register & login to view link)

Alexander Lager and Johannes Gustafsson, AKA Qulinez, are two young producers hailing from Varberg, Sweden, who have been making music together since 2006. Quickly catching the ear of Size Records label boss and 1/3 of super-group Swedish House Mafia, Steve Angello was quickly impressed, and decided to sign Troll to his label. The duo have finally released their long awaited single on Size this week. With a scintillating combination of progressive house and electro, this record has been doing the rounds amongst the Mafia members for quite some time, featured in now legendary shows such as their sell-out gig at Madison Square Garden, last September, bringing anticipation for the song to boiling point. With absolutely infectious progressive melodies that could have been crafted by Alesso, and electro riffs that could have been put together by Zedd, these Read more

Nicky Romero – Generation 303 (register & login to view link)

Arguably this years biggest EDM star already, Nicky Romero has been prolific in his output of consistently brilliant remixes, edits and remixes. Kicking it all off was last years most bootlegged tracked, Romero’s remix of Flash, by Green Velvet. He followed that up with his first major original release on Calvin Harris’ Fly Eye Records, with the title we all know well now, Camorra. At this point, people really began to sit up and take notice of this young Dutchman, who followed up Camorra with major remixes of David Guetta and Usher’s Without You, and then Alesso’s Titanium. He capped off an already outstanding 2011 with another original track, arriving at our ears under the title Toulouse. Combining his anthemic and euphoric synths with hard, electro drops, Romero was quickly making a name for Read more
