Growing up in New York, Scott Roth found himself immersed in music. For years he had been making mix-tapes for his friends till he made the jump and started deejaying at events and clubs while attending college. The University of Maryland grad went full force into the deejaying scene in College Park, racking up gigs that followed him home to New York upon graduating.

Scott and fellow DJ/friend, David Bitton, shared a vision of exchanging music for other DJ’s. While the two were playing at their respective colleges, they had been sending each other tracks by e-mail, which eventually grew to over 100 recipients on these e-mails.

Naturally, the two decided to develop a website as an easy platform for DJ’s to share music and relevant news. The growth of the website has lead to key partnerships, many in which have been forged by Scott as the Director of Integrated Solutions.

“We work with the best DJ’s in the world on a daily basis, you can’t ask for a better role than this”, says Scott.

There’s undoubtedly been a progression from a website merely serving up fresh tracks to one that is ingrained in the DJ community: interviewing DJ’s, releasing exclusive tracks, and attending the hottest and most exclusive events around the world.
