Ten weeks ago today I received a message from a friend at Universal Music Group, telling me to check out David Berrie at Santos Party House. This was the first week of Corona Light’s Electric Beach series – a weekly Saturday evening party at Santos Party House, bringing talented DJ’s to one of New York City’s most unique venues.
As for that initial party, David Berrie took to the turntables with a packed crowd on hand. Good beats were flowing for hours, setting the tone for what has become one of the city’s most energetic parties. To those who’ve been in attendance, you know exactly what I’m talking about.
If you missed the first of the Electric Beach series because you were busy hopping from your college friend’s birthday to your camp friend’s birthday, well you’re in luck. David Berrie will be headlining at Santos this Saturday (November 26th) joined by DJ Zaken in NYC.
Berrie draws heavily on both tech and progressive house influences. Many know the 25-year old DJ from his sets in Acapulco, Pacha in NYC, and LIV in Miami. Don’t miss out again; this is sure to be another great weekend.
