DJ of the Week – DJ Juan Lopez (Colombia/Miami)

Juan C. Lopez was born and raised in Bogota, Colombia. During his early years he began to discover his passionate love for music and its different genres. Later on as EDM started expanding, Juan began to listen to electronic tunes and enjoying them, he eventually decided he wanted to be part of this revolution. He started messing around with turntables and mixers at the age of 12 and about a year ago he began experimenting with Ableton to produce his own unique sound.

At the early age of 14 , Juan was already playing at some of the most recognized clubs in Miami. Now at age 16 , Juan has already been signed to Tom Sawyer’s ‘South Records’ and has had his outstanding ‘Promo Mixtapes’ featured on exclusive blogs around the world. Juan Lopez is now collaborating with some of the most talented young producers in Miami & Colombia. Stay tuned for the output of his hard work & Follow him in his journey as right now it is just the beginning .
