Hailing from Toronto, Canada, MC Flipside & A-Divizion are the brains and lunatics behind one of Canada’s most respected dance music labels – PBR Recordings.  The two musically inclined friends have been working together for nearly a decade, having created everything from underground beats to hip hop.  In 2007, MC Flipside & A-Divizion decided it was time to begin a new chapter in their life and thus began their PBR Recordings imprint.  The label focuses on quality – full on, driving house music.  In the past 4 years, PBR has boasted releases from dance music titans such as Matteo DiMarr, Hatiras, Max Vangeli, Bassjackers, Bart B More, Prok & Fitch, Gigi Barocco, and Breakdown, just to name a few.

MC Flipside (the MC stands for Music Creator) has consistently churned out top charting dance numbers for the past 10 years.  His recent work with legend Roger Sanchez and Mobin Master on “Worldwide” peaked on the Billboard charts at #9.  Some of Flipside’s other notable works include “Hi Friend” with Deadmau5, “Nobody Listens To Techno” with Funkagenda and his solo project “In The Zone”, which garnered support from the Swedish House Mafia and Dirty South. Having a long-time affinity for house music, Flipside believes: “House music is soul music.  The percussion has to move you, the bass line has to drive you and the vocals need to add that memorable element to make the song timeless.”

Producer and DJ A-Divizion is a no non-sense kind of guy and you can hear it in his music.  He likes his melodies to be infectious, laced with hard hitting drums and driving bass.  His most notable hit “What It’s About” was championed by the legendary David Guetta.  His work has also received support from Paul Van Dyk, Benny Benassi, Wolfgang Gartner, Dada Life and Chuckie, to name a few.  With a long standing passion for music, A-Divizion aims to create timeless melodies and songs: “When I create music, I envision myself as being in the audience. How does it make me feel? Do I connect with it? If I feel it, then I know I’ve created something memorable.”

It is evident on their forthcoming release “The Experience” as to why MC Flipside & A-Divizion continue to work and thrive together.  If this was not enough, they have enlisted the super talented Funkagenda, L.A’s Breakdown, and Australia’s Sonny Fodera, ensuring that every house music pallete will be satisfied.  This experience will be everlasting.
