Neck of the WOODS

BRAAAAVOOO, thats all I have to say about the man in the hooded fur jacket. His name is Michael Woods, a young talented star that Deadmau5 was able to find and sign to Mau5 records. His latest track that I am posting is called “First Aid”. The build up is so epic it reminds me of Strobe and the drop is so hard at the same time. Very similar style to Deadmau5 who can sometimes trick you from going from beautiful melodic chords to hardcore electro house. The rest of this post includes MANY MANY MANY bangers. I would say some of my favorite music I downloaded in 2011 so far is in this post so, ENJOY!!

Chicco Secci- Fly WIth You (Alex Guadino & Jason Rooney Mix) (register & login to view link) BANGER! Alex Guadino & Jason Rooney have been on a tear lately and this is their best of 2011 in my opinion. Beautiful vocals with strong piano keys are followed by a thrilling build up and a HARD drop. Reminds me of the Rave n Roll sound…who knows maybe Angello inspired these 2!

John Dahlback- Pour Te (Original Mix) (register & login to view link) If it wasn’t for Michael Wood’s song being as amazing as it is I would have dedicated this post to Johm Dahlback. He is one of my favorite producers who really has mastered progressive house music to its MAX!! “Pour Te” or “Winter”?!

John Dahlback- Winter (Original Mix) (register & login to view link) Most bloggers have said they like this track better than “Pour Te”. I tend to disagree and would love to know what you guys think.

Kaskade- All You (Original Mix) (register & login to view link) When has Kaskade not had the SEXIEST & BEST vocals on a track?!? Even the repetition of the two words “All You” is enough to make the vocals so good! The drop is different that what were used to hearing from Kaskade, I’d say a bit more chilled out but still great synths and sounds through out the track.

Kaskade- All You (Angger Dimas Remix) (register & login to view link) This is why we got our boy Angger Dimas, to make the track faster, crazier, and overall just BETTER! This guy is climbing his way up FAST and does an incredible remix of Kaskade’s track!

Filip Le Frick- Fell The Rhythm (Original Mix) (register & login to view link) Obviously another Swede comes out with a strong progressive beat. At 2:40 strong violins come in that just blow my mind when imagining it being played to thousands of people in a rave. Then white noise and powerful drums really make the track!

Britney Spears- Hold It Against Me (Adrian Lux Nause Club Mix) (register & login to view link) Probably the best remix so far. The combo of instrumentals and Britney Spear’s voice come in at the perfect times and actually makes Spears’s song sound incredible!

Hyper Crush- Kick Us Out (Benzi & DStar Remix) (register & login to view link) BANGING BANGING BANGING SONG!! You want to drive a crowd INSANE?!?! Drop this song, at first it seems like this girly little tune, but at 1:00 HOLY SH*T!!!

Loick Essien- Love Drunk (Seamus Haji & Paul Emanuel Club Mix) (register & login to view link) This song kind of makes me want to get drunk. Nice vocals and the drop is very unique. Haven’t heard a drop like this ever really, what do you think?

David Penn feat. Monia Amore- Ocean Drive (Open Your Mind) (DJ Chus & Abel Ramos Iberican Mix) (register & login to view link) Yes they name is very long, but the download is definitely worth it. Sounds very much like an Morillo track, great for dance parties!

Jennifer Lopez f./Pitbull- On The Floor (Mixin Marc & Tony Svejda LA To Ibiza Mix) (register & login to view link) Haven’t heard of Jennifer Lopez for a WHILE, Pitbull on the other hand is all over the House music industry. 2:20 the song really gets nice with Lopez’s voice while Marc & Svejda are really the ones making the track perfect for clubs!
