Want to get your MySpace looking like this? (register & login to view link) I’ll show you how! This took me hours upon hours to initially create, until I found this site (register & login to view link) which does it all for you! There are a lot of MySpace template websites out there but
DesignMySpace.org (register & login to view link)is one of the best I’ve found. The template I used for my site is “Big Picture”.
If you are not very good with coding, html, or computers in general then this tutorial may not be for you. This tutorial is for the old MySpace not the new 2.0 layouts. If you already had an old account then you’re in luck because chances are you have an old version. Click here to see if you have the new or old version. (register & login to view link)
Follow the instructions on the site (register & login to view link)in the top right and upload a big and mini picture of yourself to any photo sharing site (I like www.photobucket.com (register & login to view link)). Then, copy the url/link of the image into the MySpace code provided. It takes a lot of trial and error to figure out what went wrong but once you have it up, you should be good to go. If anyone wants to copy my code, shoot me an email and I’ll send it over.
The next step is to add friends and get some comments and interaction going. As you can see, I have 2205 friends on my MySpace. There are actually websites out there that are a collection of MySpace users (like you and I), who want to add friends, and the website links everyone together so everyone can add each other! Pretty sneaky stuff eh? One of the best websites I’ve found is http://www.adderdemon.com/ (register & login to view link)
Once you have thousands of friends and comments, now you need pageviews. A really amazing program is PaceSys Software’s Traffic Master (register & login to view link) which you can buy for $50. As you can see, I have well over 100,000 views and you can have millions if you really care that much.
I know some of you are thinking – wow this is crazy, I had no idea any of this stuff existed. Well, it does, and there’s a whole lot more you can do (increase youtube views, ebay auction views, twitter followers, etc…) the list is endless. All it takes is a little searching online and you can find anything. Good luck and post your MySpace profiles in the comment box!
